Isaiah Sudan had just walked out of his front door when he was gunned down. No mother should have to experience the pain of knowing that her child is not safe in his own home. Last Saturday a 9 year old girl was shot while playing at Lowell Park in West Oakland. Along with looking both ways before crossing the street, our children also have to learn how to duck when they hear gunfire. This is unacceptable! Our ch...ildren deserve to play without the fear of getting shot. Join the SAVE Soldiers on 7/26 at Market & West Grand at 11:00pm and Stand Up for our children. If you are outraged and want to take back our streets, SAY SOMETHING!!

In a single moment a cold blooded killer stole the joy from his family and his unborn child. On Saturday 5/31, SAVE will stand in honor of Allen on International and Seminary at 11:00am to call for an end of the violence that is robbing us of our greatest lights. Youth Centers should be places of peace and safety but in one afternoon we lost two loved ones in front of a Boys and Girls Club. Denzel Jones was a quiet student at Mack High where he was in his sophomore year. Instead of looking forward t...o his future, his family is looking for his murderer. Kamen Ayers was only 35 years old when his life was violently taken. On Saturday April 5, SAVE will stand in honor of Denzel and Kanem on the corner of Market and West Grand at 11:00am. Our children deserve safe places to live and play! Now is the time to SAY SOMETHING!
Find Your Voice

Lee. Lamar. Derryck. In the face of incomprehensible pain, no words seem to suffice. Two mothers are in mourning, one of whom lost both of her children within days of each other. Soundless cries rise to the heaven for the lost loved ones and the families left behind. But somehow we must find our voices to speak out for those who can no longer speak for themselves. For the families who are still racked with pain. NO MORE! We are sick and tired of our babies dying in the street. Stand with Soldiers Against Violence Everywhere on Saturday February 15, 11:00am on 98th & Bancroft in honor of our fallen brothers and to speak out against this senseless violence. Now is the time to SAY SOMETHING!
