Gun violence is rampant and families are suffering. All of us who live, work, worship or recreate in Oakland are impacted by the violence that has reached an epidemic level.

Instead of a Stand In this quarter we will have a planning meeting and lunch at the Institute, 896 Newton Carey Jr. Way on Saturday January 11, 11:30am. Let's start the year planning how we can be most effective in our mission to eliminate murder and violence on the streets of Oakland.
